«De vakreste operaperler» 2017
«Patria oppressa!» – i Verdis «Macbeth» lider skotske flyktninger under skjebnen til sitt undertrykte hjemland – scener som dette synes stadig vekk å etse seg smertefullt inn i historien. Operakor setter slike situasjoner inn i en kunstnerisk ramme, og forsøker å oppmuntre det felles samholdet. For her synger mennesker om sine lengsler og håp, og deler begeistring, smerte og glede med hverandre...
K&K Philharmoniker og K&K Opernchor har med hjertevarme og lidenskap viet seg til operalitteraturen siden 2004. Mange solister preger det enestående lydbildet til dette vokalensemblet. Det blir ledet av Vasyl Yatsyniak, som lærte sitt håndverk av den erfarne korspesialisten Vladimir Minin i Moskva. Turneer, operafestivaler og konkurranser har senere ført ukrainerne til Skandinavia, Frankrike, Italia, Ungarn, Polen, Østerrike og Tyskland. I 1991 var korsangerne også på besøk i Vatikanet.
«De vakreste operaperler» kan nytes fra 19. mars til 12. april i til sammen 21 konserter i Tyskland, Østerrike og Sveits, i Danmark, Norge og Finland, i Belgia, Nederland og Ukraina.

Gripende tolkninger garanterer en konsertkveld som gir et minne for livet. Det allsidige programmet spenner fra Verdis «Patria oppressa!» fra «Macbeth» og «Va, pensiero» fra «Nabucco», via Mozarts «Placido è il mar» fra «Idomeneo», Mussogskis kroningsscene fra «Boris Godunow» og Nicolais Månekor fra «De lystige koner i Windsor» til Wagners Pilgrimskor fra «Tannhäuser», Gralsriddernes kor fra «Parsifal» og Brudekoret fra «Lohengrin». I tillegg kan man glede seg over ouverturene til Mozarts «La clemenza di Tito», Wagners «Den flygende hollender» og preluden til «Parsifal».
I Oslo er det Matthias Georg Kendlinger som står bak dirigentpulten.

"Patria oppressa!" - in Verdi's "Macbeth", Scottish refugees lament the loss of their oppressed homeland - such painful scenes seem to burn themselves over and over again into history. Operatic choirs lend a precise artistic form to these scenes, and attempt to bring to life a real sense of community. Here we see people singing of their yearnings and hopes, and sharing in one another's excitement, their pain and joy...
Since 2004, the K&K Philharmoniker and the K&K Opernchor have poured their blood, sweat and tears into operatic literature. Many soloists work together to lend this ensemble its unique soundscape, under the direction of Vasyl Yatsyniak, who learned his trade with the experienced choral specialist Vladimir Minin in Moscow. The Ukrainians have participated in tours, opera festivals, and competitions in Scandinavia, France, Italy, Hungary, Poland, Austria and Germany. In 1991 the choristers were also guests of the Vatican.
Between 19 March and 12 April, "De vakreste operaperler" appears in a total of 21 concerts in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, in Denmark, Norway and Finland, as well as in Belgium, the Netherlands and the Ukraine.

Gripping interpretations mean a show which is guaranteed to get under your skin. The multi-faceted programme runs from Verdi's "Patria oppressa!" from "Macbeth" and "Va, pensiero" from "Nabucco", to Mozart's "Placido è il mar" from "Idomeneo", Mussogski's coronation scene from "Boris Godunov" and Nicolais Mondchor from "The Merry Wives of Windsor" and onto Wagner's pilgrim's chorus from "Tannhäuser", the chorus of grail knights from "Parsifal" and the Bridal Chorus from “Lohengrin”. Listeners can also enjoy music including the overtures to Mozart's "La clemenza di Tito", Wagner's "Flying Dutchman" and the "Parsifal" prelude.
